We are united by a shared African heritage, or simply a love of the continent and its people.  The members of Roses & Rosemary seek to use our advantage as part of an affluent and stable society to help the world’s most vulnerable citizens: disadvantaged children with HIV and AIDS.

1. Registered charity in the State of Washington and we comply
   with all regulations and laws
2. Registered 501c3 (Tax Except) organization with the USA
   Department of Internal Revenue Services
3. We are externally audited and make reports publicly available
4. All funds sent to Africa are used for the purpose donated
5. Charities in Africa are fully audited and have to pass our
   review criteria
6. Full disclosure of all revenues and expenses is publicly
   available
7. All processes and procedures are transparent, and we welcome
   outside review
8. We are 100% volunteer-based.  In addition, volunteers sign to help because they want to make a difference.
9. Between 85%-90% of funds go directly to the child
