Roses & Rosemary Visits South Africa - December 2008
In December, Roses & Rosemary traveled to South Africa and met with 10
HIV Children and with Cotlands Orginzation. We observed the work of their Home Based Care outreach program in the community which provides services to HIV-affected children in the comfort of their own homes.
Roses & Rosemary has supported this Cotlands program since 2006, and raised $10,000 USD for them in 2008. We vhanded out teddy bears donated by generous sponsors as part of our Traveling Teddy Bears for Orphans program. Thank you to all who participated!

The Situation
on the Ground Roses and Rosemary focuses on HIV
Orphans in Africa. Children orphaned by HIV/AIDS are found in almost
every country of the world. In some countries, there are only a few
hundred or a few thousand. In Africa, there are millions, and Southern
Africa has the most by far. Your pledge will go to Southern Africa and
those who need assistance .
